It's been a while since my last login, mainly because I have been buying crap for the flick.
I think its high time I release some plot information:
Nightmare Crossing
The story begins on a normal day in the Madison residence. Andrew Madison, a young man currently attending his sophomore year in High School, awakens from a good night's sleep to prepare for his busy day at school. His Father, who works as a teacher at Andrew's school, works downstairs in the kitchen grading papers while listening to the radio. When Andrew enters the room, he and his father converse before Mr. Madison is finished with his duties in the kitchen, and leaves to the garage. Andrew stays behind waiting for his breakfast to cook, while listening to the radio. Something catches his ear. The news reports are speaking of cannibalistic killings, and a strange disease called "African Rabies." Andrew eventually loses interest, and leaves to the car, where he and his father discuss the health warning previously stated.
Upon arrival at school, Andrew and his dad go their separate ways. Mr. Madison to his classroom, and Andrew to the "Usual Spot" where his friends Mark and Josh are also speaking of the morning's hot topic.
Josh(played by me), being the all-out zombie nerd he is, points to the only logical answer: a zombie outbreak. Mark and Andrew, having heard this from him hundreds of times, blow him off completely.
The first bell rings, and they depart to their first period: Gym Class with Coach Wilson Clawthorne. Clawthorne springs a football quiz on them last minute, and so Andrew and his friends all show absolutely no effort, going against the Coaches class policy.
He tells them to meet the Dean after school to receive their punishment. The coach also snidely adds in: "I suggest you tell your father before I do." to Andrew before sending them off.
After school, Andrew and his friends report to the library to clean it up(this is their punishment, as observed by the Dean). They are just about to leave when Mr. Madison come in shouting at them to lock the doors.
From then on, what starts as a normal day soon becomes a nightmare.
I've completed the first 5 minutes, which is up to the Coaches introduction. I thought about posting it on YouTube as a preview, but I decided to just wait until I've at least finished filming to post the whole thing.
There will be a link to the movie when its done, I'll post it on YouTube, so you can stream it. Not sure if I'll post a download link as well, but it's not likely.
Overall, the project will clock in at around 20 minutes counting the credits. I hope you all have as much fun watching it as I will have making it!
...although I wouldn't be surprised if YouTube rapes the quality.=/
