NAXOS'S ARTWORK!!!! FINALLY HERE!!!

YEEESSSS!!! I have finally put my artwork on the forums. This is what you've all been waiting for so here it is... but first I'de just like to say that these pictures are uncompleted scetches, my finished coloured stuff is to big to put on the forums. When I figure out a way to make them smaller I will put them up, for now this is all I can show:

First of all, the link didn't work, but I managed to see the pictures just copying and pasting the URLS in another browser window. I also could get to this URL:
http://www.geocities.com/naxosmk152000/Artwork/
and then clicked in the link to the pictures. Now, here is my humble oppinion...

...gasp** cough***cough***... MAN, YOUR ARTWORK IS TERRIFIC! Your shading technique is spetactular, just amazing, the pictures look very 3D, with volume and motion. My favorite is the Alien of the third one(il8.jpg).

I have to say that compared to other people's artwork(including mine), yours is by far the best.

Now, could you please give me a brief explanation of how did you make them?
Do you draw and shade the whole picture in a sheet of paper, then scan it?
Do you use any image editor software to improve the picture?
You first draw the lines than shade the picture, or you first paint the overall model, than apply the lines over it?

Sorry about all those questions, I'm really impressed! You should make a few Oddworld related pictures, what do you think?

Ok Lampion um lets see first I get the idea for the picture from a model or another picture, but of course I changed them so much they look almost nothing like the models.

All the pictures are simply scetched then shaded and slitly smudged, on a few I used the program corel photopaint 9 to make them look kinda three dimentional, that was the hard part.

I put the pictures on geocities, it was the only way I could get them on da net so expect plenty more. For now heres some new full body scetches I'm starting:

Thankyou TBS, FreakyLA and Oddsville I'm glad you like my pictures, and they aint my best either. I don't think I'll be making a comic though I prefer to just draw. A few of the pictures are edited with Corel Photopaint 9.

As for what the actual pics are I'm not really sure, there suppose to be androids. Anyone got any ideas what to call them?

I don't mean to sound rude but why aren't more people replying to this topic.

Doesn't anyone care about my artwork?

Don't worry, Naxos. Your artwork is just great. People is often lazy to follow a link. IT would be cool if you could put up your images, just like you did to your friend's pictures.
