I am new to Oddworld Forums, but I have visited here many times before. I love looking at the Rp Section because some people there can really come up with some neat characters! I am interested in Filmmaking and story writing (I hope to make an Oddworld Fanfilm someday) so if anyone wants to chat about that or anything just holla! lol

Nice to meat you. That Grinder farms project sounds good , You should enter a few RP s , and T nex might give you a shiny RPG license , then you could make a rpg about grinder farms , that would be cool.

Thanks guys! I feel welcomed Yeah I have been working on a quintology from the main quintology. It's starts out with a story about McFuzzles Resturant, then Grinder Farms. It's pretty cool, and I'd like to make it into a movie (once school gets out of course...SUMMER! lol) But yeah I hope it will turn out ok. I was thinking about doing an RP, but my comp at home got messup for some reason so I wouldnt be able to post much. But once my comp is up, I am very sure considering it.

I would like to start a Grinder Farms RP, but I do not know all the procedures on how to do it. I think I should try RPing for a while first.

For starters? I'd possibly say the Albino Scrab, I've never RPed in it myself, I started with W@RF, but AS seems to be a decent RP. If you've had prior RPG experience, you might want to jump straight into either big RPG- Non Oddworld Art and Lit's The Cold Secrets, or Oddworld RPG's Work at Rupture Farms. I realy should try to join Cold Secrets sometime, it seems fun. Oh and for references for your factory, please reference my factory-The Septik Snaks Food Corporation.

W@RF is generally the one most beginners join, if only because its been going on the longest. It's quite easy going and we're used to having a lot of newbiew in there so we're prepared for the worst!

But yeah, if you're ready to RP sensibly and without a huge number of mistakes Cold Secrets is a good place to try.

We prefer it if you've been RPing here a while before you start your own one, check out thr "Allowed to make RPGs" thread in the fan corner and maybe see some other RPGs first.

Anywone can join W@RF. If you read back two, maybe three or four pages so you get the idea of current events, think of a LOGICAL way to join in, most involving sligs or mudokons being transferred from other factories. A couple of people have sent native mudokon spies and the like, but that doesn't always work well.

But yeah, use your imagination. We don't really care as long as it's in line with the rules and makes at least a tiny bit of sense (falling from a blimp has been done in the past, so yeah.)
