US Tax Fraud and other such NWO shinannigans...

I've just learned about, what is apparantly, the biggest tax scam in history. Unsuprisingly it is still going on, and it's in the USA. It basically involves a clause in some legal document somewhere which states that an "employee" is an employee of the US government, and that "wages" are moneys paid to an employee of the US government.

But since most people don't know this, when asked if they are an "employee" who has been paid "wages", most people will answer "yes", even though that is not what they are.

Since this is income tax, which is basically unconstitutional, because the constitution says the government can't tax you just for existing (you can't avoid going to work and making a living), this is against the constitutional rights of US citizens. But clearly the IRS would rather you didn't know that, and have put the clause in the smallest possible print. Rather than making clearer definitions, the IRS is perfectly happy to accept all this extra cash, as it funds the warmongering US government.

So basically, you don't have to pay income tax. The only reason you're legally bound to pay it, is because you've ticked a box to say you are legally bound to pay income tax (because you've declared that you are an employee of the government). However it never stands up in court, as it can easily be proven that you are not a government employee, and with a good enough lawyer you can also get away with saying that the tax form is misleading.

I wish.
Another thing that really grates me is "overtaxing." They'll tax you for a whole year's rate if you work part time for half a year. The purpose? Millions of dollars worth of short term, sometimes indefinte, loans. What a bunch of jag offs.
Edit:Recently spent the better part of an hour getting my tax refund. There shouldn't have been anything to refund in the first place!!!

It's true, the constitution says that you can't be taxed just for being there, and the definition of "wages" and "employee" are not what you might think. So when you fill in that tax return, you need to make sure you fill it in properly, otherwise you'll be taxed money you don't owe.

I've heard of this before but apparently people have tried to fight this in court and failed.
