Hey!

I like making crossovers!!!! I don't even like Halo that much. I think it is a mindless scifi shooter to be honest! But I have a sister who loves Oddworld SW and Halo. I made the video for her! I decided to post it in the fan section though because it was Oddworld related. If you have a problem with it... you can kiss my @ss. You don't have to watch it you know. I cited in the credits that I don't own anything and that it was a fan vid.As for that "It is generally believed that the imitators lack originality" comment, you can go to heck. It is a harmless little vid and I'll have you know I didn't copy anybody's elses fan vid/work. I found gameclips on the internet because I have no idea how to video capture or rip game discs. i know how to rip dvds for anime musics videos though. Go to AMV.org and search for music vids done by hobbitninja (sorry if I just Spammed) if ya don't belive me. :Gets off soapbox:....Sorry everyone about the rant, I just hate it when people accuse me and insult me...over stupid things...

Dude, settle down a bit. I understand your anger, but settle down.

Now, nobody here but Atusyia has insulted your work. If anything, most people made positive remarks about it.

And you shouldn't care what Atusyia or his dad says anyway, the only time he posts is when he's posting that poorly-photoshopped picture of the guy from Splinter Cell superimposed over a picture of Oddworld's San Luis office. They don't usually contribute anything of much importance, either.

And to Atusyia and his dad: Please go fornicate yourselves on the finger of a Gundam.

My sis had a fanfic idea about the Covenent invading Oddworld and Abe, Munch, Stranger and Master Chief teamed up to stop them. Nov. 9th was when Halo 2 came out... according to the commercials.

it(Oddworld,Halo)'s a highly designed game. A very highly designed game from an innovation level, as well as a practical level, and also trying to keep brand consistency.
But developers are good at imitating each other.
After all many gamers feel lack of creative power.
=> It is generally believed that the imitators(= developers)lack originality.

I felt those things from your video clips.

Oh...ok then. no worries. I thought you were insulting me. Yeah, games usually imitate each other. Look at GTA of example. How many clones has this series spawned? And bullet time. That has gotten into almost every game genre.

All right, yeah, that "Gundam" comment from me was a bit much. My apologies.

But still, keep in mind that (even if you didn't know he made it) you really hurt Hobb's feelings with that "It is generally believed that the imitators lack originality" crack.

And not just him, you pissed me off as well. I've spent 6 years planning Actra's Rebellion, I've put my heart and coal-flavored soul into it, and I'll be damned if I'm going to let anyone tell me that it was a waste of time and effort.
