Why do you like your favorite oddworld game?

The topic says it all.

Mine was Abe's Exoddus because it just hads something AO diden't. It was a lot easier for me in my age and I enjoyed all the cutscenes. It has dripik(Wh is my fav glukk.) and it just had....Something special in it....

Happy

Munch's Oddysee was my first "REAL" slice of Oddworld. It was so great, it had that Oddworld feeling!!! I really can't explain why, it was just so ODD.
Honestly, I just can't tell you why I liked Munch's Oddysee over the others, it was just really nice with the lush forests, but then it had the hard-cold industrial places along with the Glukkons. Plus since it was in 3D, you felt like you were really there, enjoying the Odd moments with you favorite characters of all time.

Stranger's Wrath because I like action and shooting games more than puzzle solvers and such.

Abe's Exoddus by far. AO did a good job of introducing the world and overall feel of Oddworld, but AE really expanded on that. It showed how large Oddworld actually was, and that it's an active world beyond the characters on screen. It gave more personality to the industrialists and showed more of the mystical aspect of the natives. The gameplay itself added plenty of new challenges yet remained slow paced enough to allow you to fully take in the amazing scenery of each screen. All of the games were amazing, but Abe's Exoddus is what really let me know what Oddworld was all about.

Stranger's Wrath. (Sorry, MO)
Well...it was a new twist to Oddworld. 1st and 3rd person view!
Plus, the characters rocked, the storyline made you go and personally, Stranger was friggen awesome.

I really really really really can't decide,
but it would probably be between OMO and OSW. OMO made everything 3-D and it all felt new and had really good new characters and storyline.
OSW had a really good twist in the storyline which I never saw coming(which was good) and a new type of gameplay and characters.

Mines got to be AO, i dont know why. I think its cause it was the first game that introduced us to the oddworld genre. To me it felt a tad bit more oddish than AE, but thats just my point of view. SW though has to be my second fav cause of the FPS aspect of the game and the story aswell.

I loved AO and AE, because it was a very good 2D game. I also liked the story more and the difficulty was very good. I wish that AO and AE could be downloaden from Xbox live Marketplacethat would be so cool and fun to play again. Now I have to look for my playstation or play it on my crappy pc. Does anyone think that AO or/and AE could be on Marketplace in the Future? Street Fighter is also coming in the near future on Marketplace...

OSW is my favourite; it had a story line which blew you away, it was still funny, and it had that bad-ass attitude, and you got to play first and third person. I also liked punching the Clakkerz XD That and the Outlaws were pretty kewl in thier own evil/amusing way. Stranger added a whole new oddness to Oddworld; like the promo logo said: Oddworld just got Stranger!

Happy Way to go, Slurgs!

I like all of you slurgs ... You have good taste... I'd have to say AO or AE because (as i've said before) they are realistic, dark, and had really solid controlls and gameplay...
