Arg, I am against this not being hosted by Wolfpac. He'll probably be around to do it again soon. Since the votes are counted by one person, I think it at least needs to be hosted by someone who's known for intelligence, been here a long time, and everyone can trust to be fair and honest. If it's not Wolfpac who does it, I think the staff should appoint someone.

For some reason, I imagine Havoc or Nate being an appropriate choice.
