Abes Past Adeventures Demo!

Right, I'm in the middle of recreating the original 2d platform versions of Abe, I'm not sure when my game will be released for download and I really want people to see it, so just give me a little longer like a day or 2 to put a download to my "Abe's Past Adventures Demo" It will come with bonus features such as a map of all the screens and the software I used to make it

Well anyway, for now I can just say coming soon!

Err, what was the point in that? It was already near the top. Anyway, sounds like a cool demo, but I only played the PS1 version, so I dont know the controls. Anyway, when you get it on I'l ltry it.

hmm well the controlls arnt the keyboard its the mouse u use the rhigt botton to change through "look/use/move" :S then left click to action the controls are basic.

Btw i would show pics of the game but i really dont wonna ruin the suprize :P!

One suggestion (and this is a critique, offense sold seperatley):

Start again. Make it a straight platformer with the program Multimedia Fusion or The Games Factory. I hardly get one frame per second, and I have to shake the window to refresh the frame. Also, the interface is confusing, there needs to be some sort of explanation to it.

Remeber, this is a critique, no offense intended.

Well u gotta click a sertain bomb click the icon in ur inventory and click on a bomb the corect one wont blow u up.

Rhigt The Competition is to make a seen (based on the old abe games looks)
For my abes past adventures game the prize is the best ones will go on the game! 1st will be somewere in gameplay of my game, 2nd and 3rd will be shown at the end of the game.

Rhigt im thinking of at points in my abes past adventures game like off the offical oddworld games thay have CG Movies well i was gonna put some in my game all i need is animation and 3d modeling software O.O lol someone help me out here.

i mite seem totaly mad trying this but hay i am :P

No i used something basicer this was before i heard of that i have it now but im contuing the project with Adventure Game Studio [AGS]

rhigt im haveing second thoughts i mite remake the abes past adventures demo or just make the hole game in "game maker" of coures me remakeing the demo in game maker that would be a better program for the game i wont to make :S

only thing is if i remade the demo that would delay the intire game yes the demo screens will be in the full game but to zip it and stuff would make it harder.

Good Things About APAD:

1.There would be sligs in the demo and also Slogs and Mud(s)

2.Abe will have the ablity to posess "gee dunno how i was gonna do that with AGS lol"

3. It will not for ones be a game with loads of fadeing screens it will be like AO and AE the screens will scroll

There is lots more u will just have to w8 and see

im currently downloading AGS, is it hard to make a game? good job on abes past adventures, i like it, though i haven't been able to download it
