What Species Is This?

I was going through some concept art, when I noticed that there were giant statues of some kind of creature in both SW and MO.

Are these just fancy-looking Mudokons, or a new species?

The big thing in the background is a Song Engine, the green guy is a mudokon wearing a hat. Pretty obvious I thought.

I'm guessing they are native mudokons that happen to wear hats on occasion.

Wow! A mudokon with a hat on.

That's what it is. The thing in the background is carved out of the wood or stone.

Both of what?

And for that giant-wooden-like-insectoid-thingie, I'd say the one on the first pic(The Song Engine) is chanting. Which makes him look a bit like a Mudokon sculpted out of wood. And his Pretty hat, makes him special. (like a Shaman or like Modomo and Mudanchee)

The Mudokons must like him very much to sculpt Him out of wood THAT big.

---

And now for the second pic (I think it's been called: "Sam's home" before.)
The insectiod on top looks a bit like just a Mudokon sculpted out of a tree (With leave-like hair)
And the wooden one below looks like a Mudokon (Head and Neck [look carefully for the neck]) with some sort of Crown on top and rays coming from the head.
Looks like a Queen. (Sam?)

Edit: The lower sculpture has an upper torso with arms underneath the neck too.

To clear things up, I'm talking only about the statues, not the green Muds with the hats on.

The first is the Song Engine, and I don't know what the second is. But it looks like the Song Engine crossed with Ma' Spa.

I was on about it being carved out of wood and stone.

Frist one it's simply called the "song engine"... and we don't know what species it is.
The second one: fans have speculated that it was a representation of Sam, but there has been no official word about it yet
