Call me stupid, but no matter how hard I look at that, and how much I rock backwards and fowards while squinting like a half blind foureyes without his glasses, I can't seem to make out what that is supposed to be.

Sheriff-Murder, as a web-site, this one is very badly coded.

I'm guessing you used Free-Webs to actualy construct the site as you typed out it's content. THis is never a good idea. The script used to generate the fonts and text effects are very long. Also, the entire thing appears to be double-spaced, which adds to the overall file size. Add to this the MIDI sound and ridiculously long Java-Script for the "Mouse-attack" tail and you've got a site that no one on Dial-up wants to browse through.
