Age of Empires III: Age of Discovery

Woot! Ensemble Studios have finally released information on their new Age game, in the february 2005 issue of PC Gamer.
On the home page of their website (http://www.eso.com) has been a very long and arduous countdown to this announcement, first going through events in history and then through their own games.
Unfortunately for them, they havn't finished the count down to AOD yet, even though the magazine with the exclusive preview has already been sent out to those subscribed.

Clicky, clicky for scans of all the pages. Bigger scans, (so you can read the article) but of slightly worse quality, here.

I'm basically a very big Age of Empires fan. Not at all to the extent of Oddworld, but the AOE games are just truely brilliant, and AOD looks even more fantastic.
Should be out Fall 05.

Edit: They've announced it now, and it has no subtitle, making it's title just 'Age of Empires III', with loads of brilliant looking screenshots over at eso.com.

Cool, I loved AoE, it was all I ever used to do when I was on the computer. I remember playing a demo of "Rise of Rome". I'll definately look out for this when it comes out.
