Hackney is really near central, but is very 'East- End'. Buying a flat in any one of these postcodes: W1, WC1, WC2, NW1, NW8, W2, W8, W9, W11, W14, SW1, SW3, SW5, SW7, SW10, EC1, EC2, EC3. EC4 etc... will average ALOT! Here are Findaproperty's averages for Central London Areas:studio flat £ 217,204
