Can someone please make me a sig?

Hey guys, I'm new here and I wanted to know if any of you guys with your infinite sig-making skills could make me one please? I would really really appreciate it! I was thinking just a scrab with wings or something along those lines. I wouldn't know where to begin working on one for myself but if nobody wants to do it could somebody at least tell me a good program for working with art-type things? All I have to work with right now is microsoft paint...

If you want an example of my skill work then visit my work at the Big Gay Slig concept under Big Gay Sig topic here in the Help and suggestion area. A Scrab with Wings sounds do-able. My sig at the bottom was made by me. Tell me if you want some kinda text extra besides the flying Scrab title.

Instead of arguing, I'd suggest you individually private message Flying Scrab. While it isn't ideal that there are multiple bidders for the creation of the banner, ultimately Flying Scrab must make the decision. There's no point spamming this thread with bids for the winner.
