That's not good at all. I'll see if I can catch him tonight on MSN, but he is in America, and rarely comes online. Xavier, could you get the specifics of the problem? If you could, I'd be able to narrow it down if he could answer the following points:
Can he still log in successfully to the server via FTP?
What error messages does he get when he goes to the forums / and FTP (if he can't log in to the FTP interface)?
At any rate, it is usually a DNS issue. Therefore, get him to follow the following actions (he must be using a Windows OS):
1) Start
2) Run
3) In the 'run program' text box, type this exactly: 'ipconfig /flushdns'
4) Press enter

I had to reset both my modem and router to fix the problem. I still don't know exactly what caused it, but I'm just glad to be back. Two whole days without OWF was torture.
