Natives (gratuitous interpretation)
When I was looking for some news about oddworld, I came at this: http://www.gamer.nl/nieuws/21208 it is dutch, but that doesn't matter because I liked the pics that were shown, and escpecially the name under the last pic: dickheads. If you stare at that pic, you can't hold your laugh anymore. It is so funny , but what is the name of these cool looking characters?, can't find it anyware.

The guy with the hat is Stranger
The salimander-things (dickheads) are simply referred to as the Natives.

They are all characters from the next Oddworld game.

I'm actually surprised nobody brought up phalluses sooner.

BUT the Oddworld Forums do have a strict zero sexual approach. I'll edit the title of this thread so young eyes can't be upset. I'll also refrain from posting the revolting image of a Native I created.

ooh, sorry about the "special word" but it was so funny.

And I don't think it is discrespecting oddworld. It is just a funny approach about how to see these natives. Be honest, don't they look stupid, very funny, but stupid , just like oddworld is supposed to be :P

Although on a more serious note, I like the design of the natives, although Oddworld does have a very twisted sense of humor ... it makes you wonder what kind of "inspiration" their design came from. LOL

Well, so far Kahonee (as in Mudokon Big Kahonee) is another word for penis (thanks to hobo for finding this). And that D. Caste Raider is a name meant to sound like The Castrator. I'm sure there was another one. Oh well, anyway, OWI have certainly added in a few sexual innuendoes

Alcar, wasn't the actual spelling of Kahonee 'cajones', but pronounced 'kahonee'? I remember you telling me something like that, I looked it up, and found 'cajones' are also a type of drum.

Which I'm sure is what OWI must have been alluding to.
