Has anyone else seen the movie dragonheart I just saw it last night the ending made me cry. Why did draco have to go

Yeah, 'twas lame Draco left, but he is forever remembered in the stars! Yay! Not one of my favorite movies though...

Dragonheart was pretty good. Of course, they ruined the name with the sequel (two thumbs down), but the first one was cool. The portrayal of dragons was awesome-- the way Draco can turn to stone, and do all this cool stuff, and... yeah. He was one cool pimp-ass dragon.

fairly standard movie plot: the good guy sacrifices himself for the greater good.

eg Obi-Wan in Star Wars episode 4
Arnie in Terminator 2

I liked the first one.. although by now I've seen it too many times!
The graphics of the dragon are still great, it really looks... well, not real, but well-textured.

I missed the sequel, though. I don't want to hear Spoilers, but I'll be ready for a let-down Raisin. ^.^
