New NFL penalty added and all I can say is THANK GOD!
A new penalty banning flamboyant celebrations has been put into effect as of 2004. The spike and other such classics are being kept but no more premeditated bullshit like the Sharpie and cellphone garbage. All I can say is its about damn time!
