For the ultimate experience, why not have drunk sex while watching an R rated movie in your car.
I love getting pissed (if you people don't know, pissed is another word for drunk), like Jacob said, it's so funning, it makes you do and say things that you wouldn't usually do and while you're doing them you think, "what am I saying" or "what am I doing" but because you're pissed, you think **** it.
Then in the morning you're like "what the hell did I do that that for?"

Hmmmm!
I know this is an old old thread but I can't pass over it without having my two cents worth!
Right... first and formost... *ahem... CB switches into teacher mode*
Alcohol... the common name for Ethanol... is a chemical and a DRUG! Therefore it deserves... nay demands.... respect and sense!
A recent British newspaper article stated that if alocohol was discovered today, rather than it being discovered way way back with the Greeks and Romans, then it would be classified as a CLASS A drug... on par with Cocaine and Heroin!!!!
Physically... in the long term excessive alcohol use at a young age can have drastic, detrimental effects. Your liver is not fully developed until you are at least 18/21 (simplistically your liver is resonsible for removing poison and toxins from your body... alcohol is a poison!) so the harmful effect of alcohol is increased!!
In the short term alcohol impairs balance and coordination... you may fall and hurt yourself... alcohol thins the blood and in doing so lowers body temperature... if you're out very drunk in the cold... you may get hypothermia! Obviously vomiting is a factor... but it is also dangerous... vomit whilst in a drunken coma and you may choke to death. The morning after the night before can be aweful too.. "The Hangover" Dizziness, vomiting (again) diahorear, stomach cramps, severe headache, a mouth that feels like a Bear has shat in it..it is not a great feeling!
Mentally... alcohol impairs your judgement... you may find you behave entirely differently to you sober self... you may do things you would not normally do and end up in dangerous places with dangerous people. You will do stupid things and say stupid things! It may increase your confidence... but it is only temporary... and you'll feel even worse in the morning when you remember the stupid things you've said and done. More strange is that the morning after the night before you are till not mentally right... you may feel "out of sorts" find it hard to settle and concentrate... try doing anything feeling like that and you'll soon see you just can't!
The legal drinking age limit is there for a reason... not to stop your fun but to stop you from getting hurt.

Getting drunk can be enjoyable... you will feel happier for a short while (but some people can become depressed and violent!) you'll be more confident and the whole night will seem great. There is a fine line between drunken and danderously wasted though... so you have to know your limits (this does not mean practice drinking! Just to drink sensible amoints over a prolonged time... not half a bottle of vodka in 1 hour... like someone very very close to my heart when she was 17... em... me!) and always drink in a safe environment with people you know! Never drink with complete strangers and let yourself get too drunk... anything could happen! (PM me I have a story to tell... but not over an open forum!)
But ultimately... drinking is fine... as long as you are sensible... and to me (as someone who knows!) getting wasted on cheap cider with 15 other friends in the field at the back of school... isn't! Basically if you get ID'd in bars and clubs... whats the point of drinking?
Just a few thoughts... sorry couldn't not!
