Matrix Revolutions

That's right bitches, I've seen it. It had a simultaneous world screening, and here that was at three in the morning, so being the idiots we are, me and my friends went to go see it. And soon we're going to school. I'm hoping to fall asleep in class, after of course ruining the movie for everyone. Now bow before me, unless you want it spoiled for you too! Mwu hu ha ha!

...
Wow, I'm really tired, thank god for energy drinks.

I stupidly went on a spoiler site, and i know what's gonna happen. Anyway, was it good Fax? My mate is treating us all by taking me and some more mates to the IMAX to see it . I am going to have one hell of a headache the next day.

The 3d film i saw was bad enough, but the matrix...

Lucky Mugs...I haven't even seen Matrix Reloaded yet. Sure I could get it if I wanted to, but no, my mum says wait until Christmas. Which means she's already got it for me.
I saw some Ghost ship film at the IMAX cinema the other week. I saw an advert for The Matrix Revolutions there aswell. Instead of it being in 3D (As I thought it woul) It's going to be a really, and I mean really big screen.
Oh and Fax, I have this strange feeling that Trinaty dies in it. So does she?

All I'd really re about is if it has more action but of the same quality of Reoloaded. So tell me Fax; is it a bunch of plot crap or cool plot mixed with action.

I was invited by some friends to come see it today after school, but I told them they should have asked me earlier. Mrs Saywack and Miss Hill have their own organised trip to see it tomorrow after school. It'll be fun, except I have no idea what to wear.

I heard it sucked.

Pity if it does; I was hoping it would at least be as good as the first.

From what I've seen in the previews and pics and whatnot, it looks like they're going to ruin it with a crapload of special effects. I mean, c'mon, how could you not laugh when all those giant robot guys are going "yay" with their hands in the air...

...Well, I laughed at them.

In my opinion, it was better than Reloaded. Obviously, it is but a sequel, so gives the first no competition. The most annoying thing about Revolutions, was that it left even more unanswered questions than Reloaded did, and the questions Reloaded left you with, tend to not even need an answer, they just happen, and it's cool. The Wachowski Bros. better include some bonus DVD clearing a few things up when Revolutions go to disc, since there will be no more movies to answer any. Don't worry if you didn't understand what the hell the Architect was on about at the end of Reloaded as none of it matters.

Poor, poor Hobo. Don't ruin it for anyone.

And I'm sorry Spike, you are going to have to see for yourself.

:
So tell me Fax; is it a bunch of plot crap or cool plot mixed with action.
Less plot crap than Reloaded, with probably more action. The only thing is that most of the action takes place in the real world (in comparison to the first) so there isn't as much bullet-timey coo scene things.

:
I mean, c'mon, how could you not laugh when all those giant robot guys are going "yay" with their hands in the air...
That part was quite cool, because people were actually in and controlling those robot/mech things, and their captain has just given some moving speech or something (can't remember, it was three in the freakin' morning!), the robots were controlled basically by every action the soldier did, so they all put their hands in the air, as ya do, and the robots were in turn controlled to do so to.
Wow, what an explanation.

And seeing as so far I am the only one here that's seen it, I will be handing out autographs, and signing boobs.

I was invited to see it by a friend, problem being is that I've got my School Certificate next week, and am in the process of studying everything. Oh, and because it was screening at one in the morning.

Mum would've let me go any other time, which just pisses me off. Curse you, the New South Wales Board of Studies! Curse you!

My review here might contain what you consider spoilers - so press that 'page down' button a couple of times if you don't want anything at all given away. If that's the situation you're in, the Architect knows why you're in this topic, you fool.

Fax, sorry mate, but you're not the only one in this topic to have seen it, now. I don't think there were any particularly knawing questions left at the end of it all, so you obviously just weren't paying attention. Go on, ask about something you don't get.

Anyway, it was interesting to note that in the end the rumours about Neo being on a train and two programs having a child were true... even if they were only featured in the first five to ten minutes of the film. Morpeous fans needn't see this film, all he does is take orders and speak about five lines. I also liked the robot having sex with Neo, that was good.

Personally I barely noticed any special effects - they were so good you forget they're all computer generated. I also found the crescendo of action towards the end hilarious - watch Agent Smith's face as he rants on asking Neo why he bothers, it's soooo funny.

There, don't think I included any spoilers, as such, but nevertheless I'm going to go back to the beginning of my post and warn people.

My friend told me about it 'cos she went to see the Premier and she said it was crap. To be honest i thought Reloaded was very good, i thought it'd be poo, but it wasn't.

She said that Neo wasn't in it that much aswell and that it was all a peace of crap...hee-hee...

I think the only thing that'll make me want to see it is Agent Smith. Because he was the only one who intrigued me, especially when i found out he was in Reloaded...i was all "Ooohh, he's gone bad, i must see it." and shtuffs...

Well, I'm naturally going to form my own opinion... not like I'm going to skip the movie just because a few people said it wasn't good.

I don't think I'll see it in the theater, though. Since there is going to be an inevitable trilogy box set, (c'mon, you know it will happen) I'm going to buy all of the movies at once.

Eh. Read a spoiler site on it. Most of the stuff I had anticipated is gonna happen, so it wasn't much of a suprise. Seems alright. If you liked Reloaded, you'll prolly like this one.

I just saw it with a bunch of my friends., I personally have liked both the Matrix, and Reloaded, and I really enjoyed Revolutions too. There were some holes that needed to be filled, and in the end as I think Fax said, there was a lot that still needs to be answered. I personally wouldnt mind if they did another Animatrix type thing for explanations, or something on the DVD.

I haven't seen it yet, but I am sure to see it in theatures soon. I mean, I have to see how it ends. The thing is, I didn't like Reloaded as much as the first Matrix. The parts in Zion were sooooooo boring, but the car chase scene was amazing. Anyway I'm hoping Revolutions is better.

Oh, and I would like my boob signed as well!

I'd have to agree...the Zion parts were really, really, really LAME. Ugh, it reminded me of Star Wars. They should have just let it be; it was much much cooler when I imagined it when the mentioned it in the first movie than the way the depicted it in Reloaded.

Oh, and another thing...why did everybody in Zion have dark, tan skin? It's underground, right? Wouldn't that make them albino, or at least really pale?

And why are they all in their early 20's?

I saw it today and enjoyed it a lot. I think I liked the first two better ... but this one was less confusing and was based a lot on action. It kind of leaves things open ended IMO with a possibility of another movie one day. I actually waited around until the credits finished in case they were going to do a FFX and have something at the end. They didn't ... but it really seemed like they would have.

Genetics? I dunno. I think that question classifies oyu as petty, though.

:

They weren't. None of the high council or whatever they called themselves were young at all, Morpeous and Niobe look as if they're approaching 40, in fact a lot of the small-part characters looked to be in their 30s or 40s to me. Link's wife was obviously in her early 20s because, ta da, so is Link. Who is not at all as cool as Tank. Bring back Tank, he's cute!

:

Like what? What?? You're boggling my mind trying to think of something besides the Marovingian's (sp) ceiling-walkers that needs to be explained.

:

Now that would completely rock. From what I've heard, two more games are on their way (and that's besides the MMORPG) which will be able to fill in plenty of behind-the-scenes stories and patch up any plot mysteries. I liked the way the Trainman was in Enter the Matrix, for example.

Personally, I wanted to stay behind for the music, but Dela was going, and I didn't want to be left on my own. I was talking to him about the possibility of sequels, and he was like, "Yeah, there could so be another trilogy and in the first one someone would like shoot a machine and then the war would start again and then in the second one Neo comes back to sort everything out and then..."

And I'm like, "No Dela, get one." I don't like the idea of a true sequel film (ie one that wasn't planned as being part of the trilogy).

You're not alone in thinking that But one thing, Link's wife says she lost two brothers meaning Dozer and Tank. But Tank didn't die, infact at the end of the first film he looked fine.

Remember six months passed between the end of The Matrix and the start of Reloaded - that's when Tank apparently died, and when the Kid freed himself from the Matrix. For some reason they just decided not to bring back the actor who played Tank, which as we seem to be agreeing is a shame.

But I can't spot Jacob's spoiler...

That was 'cause he went crazy on them. He demanded to be paid as much as Keanu Reeves and the others, and when they wouldn't give it to him, he raided the set and stole a bunch of their food.
