i want to get hold of the 'oddworld explorer6' on www.oddworld.au but when i click to Download it,it doesnt work are there anyother Links that i could Find this on plz?

Abe Babe is the creator of the Oddworld Internet Explorer, so I doubt there are any other links. She should be visited the Forums more regularly after a date which I can't remember, so this thread will likely be spotted then.

I'm having a similar problem with viewing the early videos of MO...you know, muds walking in the sandstorm, the lake/river thing filling up from a mud possessing...those ones. Whenever I'll click "download" or "watch" or whatever, it'll ask me for a username and a password. Abe Babe, could you help me?

I don't know when Oddworld IE will be available again. Sorry guys. It's the same issue as the problem w/ the email notifications that I mentioned in another post. It's due to the server and I need to get the files signed. So of course, this isn't going to happen any time soon ... as there is no one to do it.

I might be able to create a zip file with all of the installation files, but this would be a large download, as how it used to work, IE would just download the files you needed, which would be even less if you had IE6 already on your computer. But if I done it this way, everyone who wanted it would need to download a 50MB file.

If there's demand for it this way, I'd gladly do it ... so let me know if you want me to provide it this way, and I'll do so.

Okay, let me see what I can do. I should be able to get it up within a week, maybe less, as I have all of the files on my PC (I created a standard install so I could install it on my own computer without downloading). I might even be able to re-create the program so it's only a really basic browser (i.e. doesn't include Outlook Express or any extras) which might bring the size down a bit more.

Actually it has been more than a week, I've been slacking (and a little busy).

I was going to see if I can re-create a smaller download without all the extras as when I went to do it it ended up being 74 MB, and also update the links that come with it (some are very out of date (i.e. Oddworld Universe goes to the old Geocities address). But I need to be able to do that at work, as the software is there.
