Rite, i am new...i have joined because i am wondering how much info u lot have on MO. I am wondering if u lot kn0 wen it may b out. I am from the UK so i wud appreciate it if u told me wen it will b out here and not America. Another thing, a Elum Teleporter...is that on the PC version of AO?

hey, welcome to the forms. I think Munch's Oddysee will be out this December, and Im pretty sure there is an Elum teleporter in the PC version of AO.

Welcome to the Forums. Munch's Oddysee will be released with the launch of Xbox on November 8th this year (in the USA). The Elum Transporter was a preliminary idea for AO, but it was replaced by the hive of bees. It's not in any version of AO.

Thanx, all the info was v.helpful. Since u lot kn0 about Meeps...i am wondering wot they r myself...they look like Elums wiv 1 leg and eye. Fuzzles r those things that mutate in2 mugs or meetles. Rats...i have no idea wot they r...(Hopefully u can posses them) and the Chronicler (Green, top hat, 4 arms, brief case) wot is he? Wot part does he play?? And on AE wot happens if u save all 300 Mud's? Also...were the Oddworld creatures supposed 2 sound like actual creatures, I.E Scrabs = Crabs, Paramite = Parasite, Glukkons = (Possibly) Gluttonus, Fleeches = Leeches, Slurgs = Slugs and Elum = Mule backwards...am i the only 1 who noticed that?

Yes, good eye, many things in the Oddworld are representative of creatures or cultures on Earth. Sometimes their names are even puns of their real-world counterparts, such as the Glukkons and Khanzumerz.
I can't figure out what "Vykkers" means, though; they don't seem to have anything in common with vicars. Anyway, check out the "Oddworld name origins" topic for more spicy debate & conjecture.

In AE when you save all 300 mudokons you just get some extra pictures this is the playstation version.
