Oddworld Ideas

Has anyone had an idea for oddworld and thought, "Hey I wish I was on the Oddworld Inhabitans team!" Like a slig with hovercraft pants!( He can go from land to water! Then he can't drown unless he's knocked over!)
Oddworld is a huge place and we've only seen the "tip" of the iceburg. Has anyone else have an Idea to share?

I've been waiting to see sligs with wheel apperatices. That'd be sweet. the sligs could have sort of a grease-monkey attetude, like "Let's add two engines and flame paint to this baby!"

I would much rather see a large tank-like creature made by the Vykkers for transportation and warfare. Much like a 1%er only bigger or something. Octogi 3.0 looks promisingly tankish.

Given the choices of the poll though, Big Bro with tank pants.

Yes, I like tanks.

they made a prod pic of a slig tank, i dont know if it's the same thing yer thinkin of....

ithis pics been cut off, if you look carefully at the top, a slig seems to be wearin the tank like he would the pants.

Where'd you get that cool pic, sligslinger? I don't know about you, but sligs have to be my favorite on oddworld!
On the Oddworld website it says something about sligs having to buy there own gear and that they don't even know much about using their weapons. It'd be so cool if a slig army got funded some major moolah by the Vykkers to stop abe! Not that I don't like abe, I just like a good villan, or villans in this case. Anyway, if sligs had some major moolah they could totally upgrade their pants and weapons!

Oddworld: Crig's Oddysee? Sounds good doesn't it?
I heard that the next part in the Quintology is going to be this character named sqeak.
I think that there is room for Crig the Slig and that he should get his own part in the Quintlology!
Check it out! Abe's in this big warehouse and he's just turned the last wheel to overheat the boiler. We hear an explosion in the distance and Abe knows his work is done and that he needs to get out of here. He starts chanting to escape but is inturupted by a slig who starts shooting at him. The explosion is rolling down the corridor and Abe needs to get out of here! He sees a sign that says garbage chute and runs to that with our slig in hot pursuit. Abe jumps in and the slig goes after him. The explosion is heating up behind them as they fall down the chute and they both are blasted out and fall to the groung outside the exploding factory. The slig is still hanging on to Abe and his pants are totally burned off now. Abe kickes the slig off and it falls unconcious and is left with a burning memory of being rescued by Abe. Now Crig finds Abe and joins the good guys! Whaddaya think?

in my oddworld cartoon im makin, theres a slig called Dregan who is native and lives in abe's tribe. anyway squeek is possible character for oddworld 4, no one has cleared this up yet but we have clarified that squeek is undoubtidely an official character, we just dont know what role he will play....

Your cartoon sounds cool. Do you have a web-site that I could take a look at it?
I'm writing and illuistrating my own novel. It's not about oddworld, but it's on a different planet and someday it's gonna be big! I draw my own characters and I love the oddworld stuff, so I started drawing some sligs mostly. I luv sligs!

the pic was from JimTV (you guessed it) a belgian channel, and they had the priviledge to do a tour in OWI and made a nice emmision about it (I taped it).... you can find more in the topic "Xavier took pictures of his TV"

i do have a website, but sadly its not up yet

....it should be soon though, i'm almost done, its got trivia, music, movies, pics, games and other stuff....including an FAQ called Ask Brewmaster. and yes i will be showing my cartoon on that site in different movie formats for you guys to see.....

it's oddestofoddworld.com.....it will be accesssible in my sig when its up.
