Help! Fan Site Hosting, I need a good cheap Host.

Hi Guys,
As most of you know I have quite a large Oddworld fan site, and I am desperate to find a company to host it. Does anyone know a good reliable web site hosting company, either free or cheap, less than $5/month.

I need it to have the following features;
- 500mb space
- Unlimited bandwidth
- be able to host movie files
- be able to host my own URL
- FTP uploading
- And NO Ads!!! They r so annoying!

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

yes, web1000 is having alot of down time and they no longer allow media files, so i cant have my download section :-(
plus it only has 50 mb space.... I am trying to move on to bigger and better things...
