Where can I download the Final Fantasy games?

I saw some members saying "Why don't you just download them" in a topic about FF, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me a site where i can download them?

Not Kazza, Limewire, Winmx and all those programs... (my dad would kill me if I stuffed up his computer again )

Please help!!!

Hello Miss Odd. I do not know if you can download the newer FF games, as they are only on PlayStation. For the older ones you would need an emulator I think. But I do not know where to find one from. I would like to try the old games too, but one day.

Search for, game emulators.
There used to be a site called pe2000.net that had tons of great games, but it gone.
IF you mean the PS FF's I'm not sure how many will be out there because PS emulators are relativly new. However, on most sites you can find all the older FF's for SNES and NES.

I have FFI - FFVI on emulator. I'm sure it was you who told me the site where to get them from!

If you want them I can upload them to the server for you. I actually kind of forgot that I had them.

And it was me who told you about the older ones, I was really looking for the newer ones... but its okay.

One of my friends said you can get the PS disks and just copy them onto your hardrive and them use an emulator and play, has anyone heard of this before?

Never heard of an emulator for PS2 games, if there was you'd need a pretty good computer for it.

As for the PSOne games, there is an emulator called Bleem! around. I tried it a few years ago and I wasn't very impressed with it. It allowed you to play your PSOne discs on a PC, by just using them the same way as you would a PC game. They might have updated the program now so it works better. Don't know though.

Yes they are on PSOne... I played demo of 8 on PSone and couldn't finish 9 coz disc 2 stuffed up..

You can get 6 on PSX. It was re-released just before X-mas.
As for 4 and 5 I saw them today in town in a double package for PSX. I don't know wether you can get them where you are though.

Final Fantasy IV - VI have been re-released on the PSOne. Depending on where you live, they are as follows:

Australia, Europe
- FFVI w/ FFX demo disc
- FFIV and FFV (Final Fantasy Anthology)

US, North America
- FFV and FFVI (Final Fantasy Anthology)
- FFIV and Chrono Trigger (Final Fantasy Chronicles)

FFI and FFII have just been re-released also. I believe they're already available in Europe and the US. But they aren't here yet in Australia. There must have been a massive delay, as they were meant to be released almost a month ago now. I hope they hurry up and come in!!!

Aww man. I wish they released Chrono Trigger here. I love that game. Even if I always get lost in the future.
