Edd, the Exoddus gate nearest the Spleef Arena is acting up. When you open it, one of the pistons doesn't move; only 3 of them do. Then when you close it, the stuck one opens, and then all four close.

I'm aware of this - All gates do this now since Redstone mechanics have changed in 1.0, it seems. But I'm not sure it's worth me playing around with them to make them work as it should considering we've started a new world and I also want to get Rupture Farms ready for filming.

BTW, for those that aren't paying attention to the RF thread, There's some "art theft" going on. In a way.

Sure, Rupture Farms is OWI's creation, not mine. Representing Oddworld in other games isn't an original, exclusive idea, and I wouldn't mind if he was doing the same thing as me - Just did he have represent RF in Minecraft in exactly the same way that I'm doing it?! His looks like a cheap rip-off of what's on the OWF server! Surely there's more than one way of doing stuff? What was wrong with looking at AO's artwork and coming up with his own way of representing that in Minecraft?

In days of yore, such "shameless ripping-offs" of other people's work were actually considered a tribute of sorts to the original author, even if he was really pointed out as the original source (Nahum Tate's rendition of "King Lear" comes to mind).

I'm not entirely sure, though, that this sudden whim of thought will bring you any comfort...

Well, once you put something out there for everyone to view, you can't really do anything against this sort of thing. You could troll him in the messages with posting links to your own videos, with the date of their posting attached.

Server has been updated to CraftBukkit build #1493 (Experimental Build).

This should fix a whole host of issues. Also the new world now has it's own Nether. I'm not completely sure if the new world also has it's own 'End'. I'm still looking into that.

All my coal in the new world to start with, a stack of melon slices, a stack of glass, a lot of cobble and several iron picks will do for now. Oh, and my sword lost all its enchantments, so you can enchant one for me.

Maybe an entry building could be made around it to prevent this from happening again. Apparently a creeper attacked Crashpunk as he exited the portal.

Next time that happens BTW you can just fill the stargate up with dirt so the water goes away, remove the dirt and replace the sign in the following manner:

Line one: Terra Nova (Or whatever other name you want the gate to have.)
Line two:
Line three: Central (Name of the network the gate is on)
Line four:

Only ops can create a stargate (that is, it will only accept the above sign if it's placed by an op.

Now don't go placing stargates around every corner because I will hate you all forever :P
