Oh dear! I ran into a glitch one day that made me not like glitches. It was kind of scary.
In Abe's Exoddus (PC), I forget what level... there's a Glukkon in a bathroom that you need to possess. I know he was supposed to be walking around when you got to him, but he was just standing still. I mean completely still, he wasn't even animated. I stood up on the platform anyway and went to possess him. He was successfully possessed, but... he didn't really move. He would turn around from left to right, and I could shove him places with hard manipulation, but that was all.
When I tried to jump, he didn't exactly jump. He fricken' rocketed way high up until he hit the wall, then he fell down way past the bathroom floor, leaving a weird techni-color breakup pattern from where he'd broken the floor. When I pressed anything else, he reappeared, and it was the same thing over again.
I could make him explode, but then the whole death-to-abe thing would happen.
I later realized I could try using the original exoddus.exe file (I was using the XP fix, both worked for me, except the original .exe wouldn't play music in the game) and the music-less one worked. I guess that's more of the XP patch's problem... it was scary, anyway. I should go back and record it or something...
