Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus - The Movie was a collection of the film sequences from the game strung together with some new footage, consisting entirely of a Mudokon news report. It was necessary because in order to qualify for Oscar nomination, it had to be released theatrically, and so ‘The Movie’ was screened in LA briefly.
