Washington Sniper

I've think that everyone have heard of the Washington sniper. Today on the news, i heard that they have caught the man behind the innocent killing. He was caught at 4:30am with his step son and a sniper rifle at the back of the car. They were sleeping. The man was in the army before. I think my news would be wrong since i heard only a bit of it before i lefted school. Can anyone add more details.

Yea your right they did catch him. Do you think this Sniper was Terrorist related. Could have he been working for Bin Ladden? I suspect it.

I heard that he was muslim or something like that. I dont think he is working for terrorist though. Did they actually confirm that it was him. I think that religion is a really dangerous thing. It started alot of wars like the crusades in the medieval age.

I doubt the man's religion had much to do with this. I believe that he was a more a armed gun fanatic that just happened to be muslim. And if it was confirmed to be him, i hope they fry him in the chair.

They were not working for any terrorist organization. You're paranoid if you think they are. From what I heard on the news, the sniper was a Jamacian-American father and son. Or was it step-son? Oh well, there were two of them, and they were not working for Osama, let's leave it at that.

I also share the same thoughts as happyguy936, no matter what they've done, no one should be killed for it. A life sentence should be enough, but anyway, I thought the "chair" was only enforced in certain states. I thought Wasington was one of the states that didn't enforce it. Then again, I know hardly anything about America compared to Americans...naturally

I think that if a criminal has the knowledge they will be executed for their crime, they will be all the more likely to do more appaling things because of it, a kind of venegance for their death when it comes.

I don't know how they enforce the death penalty there, I was just making a point. This person killed quite a few people to show what a good shot he was, that is sick and twisted and it deserves whatever necessary!

And for every sick bastard that gets a life sentence, thats more tax dollars going down the drain to pay for their cable television. Personally, I think we should enforce the death penalty by at least 10 times the normal rate and be less lenient on people whom enjoy the deaths of others. And prison shouldn't be as comforatable as they make it, these people (murderers, rapists, child molesterers) are scum and the worst that this planet can offer and I think we should kill all of them mercilessly.

They were no relation, they just introduced each other as "Step-son/dad.".
They were not working for Osama.
They weren't religious.
They did dislike America.
They were immensly clever.

Basically i dont think they should be put to death, just because it shows up America doesn't mean they should die for it. It gave me some light entertainment and a reason to watch the news. For that they should live.

If the crime was alot worse though like something to do with raping thousands of children they should be burned.

Thats what i think. Every year we have a Fair sorta thing were aload of gypsies come and grace us with rides. As you walk down the street there is row upon row of preachers...i usually get them riled with a little:

"So, whats your view on homosexuality?"

Then follow that through with some cleverly insulting remarks before stating that if you look at the back of the bible, at the bottom, it is clearly stated that:

"All characters and locations in this book are purely fictional and are not intended to be taken seriously under any means."

Or, if im tired i'd just walk past and say:

"Too gay to pray."

No one has the right to decide anothers death, if someone was to attack me, and he/she died it would be out of self defence, and I would't have meant for hem to die...They might just have accidentally fell down a well.

(1) - Paedophiles tend to get put in a certain part of a prison in which they are with other f*cks who have molested children. Anyways, they then tend to exchange stories and fantasise. That or plan another attack on a child. For this they should be killed as they are lower than the poor, ugly and rapists.

(2) - In some cases death is the 'easy way out' but since the likelyhood of using the c*nts for experimental use (Medicines, cosmetics etc) is out of the question its the only other sensible answer.

(3) - Happyguy, you obviously haven't lived in the 'real world' long enough to know what im talking about. If you are older then me i suggest you actually venture outside once in a while.

(4) - Alcar, if a person attacked you and you were cornered you would most likely do them some serious damage. Its in our genes, if somebody see's fit to attack me, and i get the upper hand, i would make damn certain they didn't get up and come after me. (I've never got that, in horror movies they knock down the bad guy and then run, why dont they stamp on his head or kick his ballz!?)

You're being paranoid. The two guys were working alone. Bin Laden wouldn't do something so small as to set two amature snipers loose in Washington. Only six civillans died, why would he care about that?
