What is whrong with this poor mudokon! What happend to him!? Are this things like vines that grow into living things to help build and gather energy quicker!?
That's what I think.

Its a statue, showing signs of nature reclaiming it as part of itself....nothing more.

I don't think that is a statue. Perhaps it is a native mudokon so in touch with the spooce (a spiritual energy that binds all living things) that it has given up it's physical vessel. Or maybe it is a plant which has been masterfully grown in the shape of a mudokon.

No...its a statue...if you look on the right side of a pic you see a normal mud standing there with a spear, much smaller then the statue.

Here is another picture of the same concept. This one looks more statuelike than the other.

I still don't think it is a stone statue though. That mudokon with a spear could be in the background. I could be wrong though, maybe Max knows something about this. It is probably nothing more than a concept that never got anywhere.

Actually, that Mud is in the foreground, or at least is closer than the statue.

I think it's just a statue, although not necessarily a stone one. I don't really think it's important, but if you tied me to a chair and threatened to tickle me feet I'd guess either stone or some hard woody part of a plant.

You guys are right, that little mudokon isn't in the background. That means that my wierd theory is wrong. The "poor mud" is just a statue. I think it was probably grown that shape instead of sculpted/carved though. It looks like a living plant.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Yes, it is a statue. I've seen this production art up at OWI, and although I forget what the captions are, it is a native Mudokon statue.

It is very much a statue a very mystical and spiritual one that expresses Mudokon religion and there tie with nature.
