did you notice that the dude's voice 4 Agent smith and Elrond
are the same?
i think that is his version of an American Accent, since he's Australian and all

well, i saw him also on Babe and Babe: pig in the city
and on the Matrix interview he sounded Austrailian

well, British and Australian do sound alike.

Yes, Hugo Weaving is most definately Austrailian. I remembered it from the extended version of FOTR, on the bonus features it mentioned austrailian actor, H.W. etc.
