I'm not particularly the expert when it comes to planetary science, Anna and Dan were always much better, but just search 'gravity', you're bound to come up with stuff.
Also note that if Oddworld's gravity is greater than ours, Elums, Greeters and Slogs just couldn't support themselves. I say Oddworld's gravity is equal to our own - if creatures such as Mudokons had adapted to surviving under greater atmospheric pressure, they're mass would have increased, but since they don't have a particularly interesting terminal velocity, I think we can assume Oddworld's gravitational pull is approximately 1G. That's as far as I can calculate at the moment, but I'm sure that a planet's gravitational pull is dependent not on size, but more on mass (what the planet is composed of, essentially) and centrafugal force (its spinning).
