yes you need the runner ones, and they run PKGS not BAS's(there's PKG versions available)
and what's this LTPB stuff? if it's not by interplay it's not what you need to run the BAS ones. If it's by interplay, it will run the BAS's but not the PKGS the runner runs the PKGS for ya.
