Ya want proof, Statikk HDM, take a look at the next dog you see. The varieties of dog we have today today are all thge result of evolution based on artificial selection, meaning that the environment doesn't pick favorable characteristics, humans do. We call different types of dogs "breeds" as opposed to seperate species, but the name is irrevelant; species are simply defined by the inability to produce fertile offspring. A German Shepard and a chihuahua (is that how you spell it?), have as good of a chance in porducing offspring than a horse and a donkey. Asa matter of fact, horses and donkeys, while different species, have e better chance in reproducing, they can create infertile offspring (its called a mule if you don't know, backwards its elum...hmmm). If you have any other doubts, take a look at the fossil record some time.
