Oddventure sounds horrible, it hits the ear wrong. Its not even a word, at least oddysee and exoddus have odd in them at appropriate places to make the word sound how it should. Deviant spelling is only effective in certain amount of ways.

Agreed, 'Oddventure' is forced, and sounds daft.
