An ordinary brown Glukkon stood there, two Mudokons and a Slig standing behind him. Casella and the group walked in, followed by Carobrite and Daknar. The brown Glukkon stared nervously at the Scrabs, then decided to help the Mudokons out of their shackles. He walked over and sat down, using his legs to steady himself while he used his hands to undo the chains. The Slig helped Casella out of her suit. Then, the brown Glukkon looked up and saw the series of small scars covering Casella's body. "Casella!" he gasped, "What happened?" His face took on a worried look, and he walked over to Casella and placed his hand on her arm. "I was captured," Casella replied. "These Scrabs freed me." She gestured to Carobrite and Daknar. "And to think that I once thought nothing of carving them up for food," the male Glukkon said sadly while hanging his head. Carobrite and Daknar looked at each other, then trotted over to the Glukkon. "Um, hi, I'm Carobrite."
"And I'm called Daknar."
"Oh! How rude of me!" the Glukkon said with a laugh. "I forgot to introduce myself! My name is Molluck, and this," he pointed to the tatooed Mudokon to his left, "is Abe."
"Uh, hi," Abe said hesitantly.
"I don't want to give my name, so you can just call me Bigface," said the Mudokon wearing a tear-shaped mask. Then, the Slig spoke up. "I'm named Dunmore. I accidentally stumbled across this 'disguised paradise' and decided that it was much better than my job, so I started living here."
"Wait a minute," one of the Mudokons said, "what do you mean by 'disguised paradise'?" At this, Molluck grinned, and said, "I'll show you." He walked over to a door, and opened it to reveal the most beautiful place they had ever seen. One thing still puzzled them, though. Even though there was a roof over their heads, the sunlight still shone as brightly as it had outside.
"How..." one of the Glukkons started.
