I can actually understand this. I used to be the same way... all through my teens I was "asexual"... no interest in girlfriends (or boyfriends)... had no urges one way or another as far as a sex drive though I already had homosexual
inclinations by my late teens....and then suddenly about the time I was 22 or 23 BANG! All that changed; my sex drive exploded as if to the snap of a finger.
I see no problem with that.
