I just don't want to get all excited over CS and it turn out to be nothing or not so good.

It's not about it being good - I mean, look how awesome Stranger was.
I'm sure CS will be very good (even if it's ideals and settings seem to have been done before somehow, but that may not be a bad thing). It's just about whether it'll be successful or not and that people will like it enough for it to be one.
