Can you see MS recoding all those games? The developers (if they want to have their games on the 360) must recode it and submit it to MS.

To clear things up: if a game is to be backwards...

To clear things up: if a game is to be backwards compatible on the 360, the DEVELOPERS (ie: Oddworld inhabitants) must actually re-code it and then pass on the re-coded....stuff to MS, seeing as OI...
