I think before it was simply a legal matter. You couldn't get married in Texas if you were both dudes. Now you get arrested for even trying.

I almost posted this two weeks ago but thought it wasn't important. I read that it was simply 'legislation' to ban homosexuality and oral sex completely. This means blow jobs.

It really does upset me that Texas, along with a select few other southern states, are still actively taking steps backwards like this. You don't have to like homosexuality, you don't even have to like oral sex (which everyone does, BUT YA KNOW...), but to actually push for making the two illegal. Come on.

I think that we are missing a few things here. This is not a law that has been passed. This is not even a bill that's being voted on. This is the GOP agenda. There would have to be a separate bill for every law proposed therein. The odds of them passing are slim.
