Why do you need a new heart, and why are you on the internet.

There was a fire in my old house, and lots of smoke went to my heart. My heart is now very weak.

Im on the internet so i can spend the time i have to say goodbye to my freinds.

How does smoke inhalation affect the heart? shouldn't your lungs be the thing that should be replaced?

Actually, I'm studying medicine now. I can answer that. It's not so much the smoke is affecting the heart directly, but all the crap that can be in it will come into the bloodstream. Now, when this crap comes to the coronairy vains on the heart, they will be damaged. Then all sorts of crap will get stuck on the damaged part, closing off the vain. Then, after a while, the part of the heart where the vains would transport the blood to, will start to die off.
Usually, you get a cardiac arrest from that. But another thing that could happen, is something called Atrio-fibrillation, or ventricular-fibrillation. These are conditions that can be seen as a failing heart, or a weak heart.

Wow for someone who is going to die everyone on here sounds like its an everyday occurance. Well I mean its like "whoa I'm going to die oh well no problem!" Thats suspicious but still. Anyway if this is true my payers go out to you. I am deeply sorry you have to go through such an ordeal like that. All I can say is be strong and get through this. How did you manage to get smoke into your heart? The only way smoke of some kind could enter ones heart would be through the pulminary veins into a bloodstream, which would be rather difficult. You would have to rupture it and inhale the smoke fully, but is possible considering a considerable deal of coughing would be required to rupture it partially. Partially being the primary word, yet I do suppose it would be medically possible, if your liver also had failed. But in the cause this is a true event please insult me, and make me feel guilty. It is hard though to convey true emotions without verbal expression. YOU CAN PULL THROUGH!!!

Someone donated a heart last night, and i had the operration.

Im still in the hospitul but im alive.

First of all, I was in the hospitol for 3 weeks, and i came here a week ago because i was busy saying and telling my family and freinds, Secondly: Hobo was right they do get heart from dead people and luckily but sadly someone died so i had an operration that lasted for 6 hours.


SO i hope that anwsered your question.

Frankly, I'm surprised so many people fell for your story to begin with, and for that I commend you.
