It's bifurcated? Well, it is a movie about the devil, I suppose.

I don't recall any furry eroticism in that movie.

Wings of Fire 10-19-2009 10:20 AM

I don't recall any substance in that movie in the slightest.

Though in fairness I was about ten when I watched it.

Watch it again XD

OANST 10-19-2009 10:30 AM

Actually, don't. It's a pretty crappy movie.

shaman 10-19-2009 10:32 AM

I think you mean awesome.

OANST 10-19-2009 10:47 AM

I really don't. That was a really bad film. AND IT WAS MADE BY A PEDOPHILE.

used:) 10-19-2009 11:21 AM

I didn't think it was half bad. And no, I still don't recall any furry eroticism.

Pics/vids or it didn't happen.

OANST 10-19-2009 11:25 AM

People will excuse almost anything of a movie if it has Johnny Depp in it. Seriously, that movie was a fucking stinker.

Look at AiN, telling me where I can stow my bullshit. Our boy is growing up.

Mac Sirloin 10-19-2009 12:01 PM

I'm going to reiterate that you should go See Where the Wild Things Are.

Also, I watched The Benchwarmers on friday. Jordan bought it a few weeks ago at Value Village and still hadn't watched it, so we were like 'Sure, it's just a dumb kids movie, whatev's.'

It was actually very, very bad. So bad, in fact, that I have to quote something from Wikipedia to get my point across:
:

The Benchwarmers is a 2006 comedy film that was released on April 7, 2006. It stars Rob Schneider, David Spade and Jon Heder and is directed by Dennis Dugan. It is produced by Happy Madison Productions and distributed by Columbia Pictures and Revolution Studios. It is universally considered one of the worst films ever made.
Rob Schneider played the coolest character in the movie.
Yeah.
Really.

Besides Johnny Depp, I thought it was still a pretty good movie overall. Why don't you tell me the things about it that make it suck so much.

OANST 10-19-2009 12:31 PM

It's pacing is atrocious. None of the revelations made sense, it was completely anti-climactic, the movie was just as confused about what was happening as the audience, the pacing was atrocious, the pacing was atrocious, and the pacing was atrocious.

Mac Sirloin 10-19-2009 01:35 PM

How was the pacing?

OANST 10-19-2009 01:43 PM

Pretty good.

used:) 10-19-2009 03:42 PM

I didn't find it that confusing, and I felt moved along a a leisurely, steady pace which only helped to maintain the amtosphere of the film.

Hobo 10-19-2009 05:31 PM

Dead Snow. Holy shit. HOLY SHIT. Smashing stuff.

Josh 10-19-2009 10:13 PM

Mars Attacks. It's about time sombody killed Jack Black.

Leto 10-20-2009 02:08 AM

Jack Black wasn't in Mars Attacks....?

OANST 10-20-2009 06:14 AM

I saw Where The Wild Things Are. God, what a disappointment. I mean, what were they thinking.

I'm kidding. That was one of the most beautiful films I have ever seen. I loved every second of it. I won't say whether I teared up at the end. I'm just not telling.

:

Jack Black as Billy-Glen Norris: Richie's brother; a US Army soldier who is killed by the Martians in the siege at Nevada after his gun clip malfunctions.

:)

MeechMunchie 10-20-2009 07:56 AM

Up made Charlie Brooker cry.

Me too. Fuck anyone who says this wasn't good.

Leto 10-21-2009 02:49 AM

It's shit.

Mac Sirloin 10-21-2009 05:19 AM

Photobucket
That's Just asinine.

MeechMunchie 10-23-2009 11:12 AM

The Man Who Sued God. Ending was a bit squiffy, but it summed up how I feel about insurance companies.

Wings of Fire 10-25-2009 06:32 AM

I watched It's A Wonderful Life two nights ago, manly tears were shed.

Strike Witch 10-27-2009 01:04 AM

No matter how old and senile I may become, there will always be a place in my heart for Starship Troopers.

Josh 10-29-2009 02:07 AM

This Is It.

It was an okay film, but it should be called 'This Was It'.

Where the wild things are made me cry, sort of.

Best movie I've seen in quite some time.

slig# 5719 11-04-2009 11:32 AM

The newest film i've seen is "trick r treat" during halloween which I enjoyed.

I've never seen "where the wild things are" though as long as were talking about crying, I cried at the end of "marley and me"

Yep

though that's probably ruined the ending for anyone who hasn't seen it.

Mac Sirloin 11-05-2009 05:29 AM

YOU MEAN THE ENDING TO MARLEY AND ME, THE ONE WHERE THE DOG DIES?

Disgruntled Intern 11-05-2009 05:38 AM

ha.

I don't want to see Trick 'R Treat because I was such a fan of the animated short it's based on when I was younger. I don't care if the same guy made the movie, it sounds like balls. Cocks and balls.
