I've passed stones. It's horrid. I'm not even going to try to make light of your situation. All I can say, is that when it starts to happen, grab something to bite down on. I bit a small chunk out of my tongue, and my doctor told me of someone else who chipped a few teeth from suddenly clamping them down and then gritting them so hard.

Also, fucking take better care of yourself.
