You are saying that desiring and love can split?

1)So someone can desire sex with guy, 2)and be inloved with a girl?
Is 1) counting or 2)?
Is that person hetero or homo or bisexual?
_________________________________________
My opinion is:
We are social specie, and we need friends. Love is just a friendship mixed with sexual attraction . Practicaly, love is no 'warmness', just a natural call for having sex to make new babies who will also have sex ..(how romatic I am).

The thing that I just typed is realistic, or at least I think so. Love is just a fairy-tail [sp]

It all depends on what you consider "love" to actually be. Whether it be a strong, deep familial love; raging, burning erotica; or quite possibly "true" love; love thriving primarily on the emotional bond between two people. There are many kinds of love.

Jacob 08-18-2006 01:56 PM

For some reason it says i've posted in this topic...have i?

Anyway - i'd say sexuality is based on attraction. For instance, i could bum a girl's Vagina and still be Gay, 'cos i wouldn't be attracted to her.

Sexuality is so complicated, made even worse by societies dictation of it.

Meh.

Dusan 08-18-2006 02:16 PM

Yes, blame the society. Civilization made a simple things so complicated.
In nature (where is everything so simple) you can't find Homo or bi. That means no inteligence-no civilization-only hetero. Being homo is a need to try something different, unusal and also a need of particular person to belong to a group.
No inteligence- no needs like that ; inteligence- having needs like that

I could talk about this whole night..........but no.

Jacob 08-18-2006 02:52 PM

"you can't find Homo or bi [in nature]"

Of course not, Chuckles. Yeh. Course.

*Cough*

OMG YOU'RE SO RIGHT!!

Why did I never see this before. People choose to become gay because they have no friends and they like to be a part of this wierd and wonderful counter-culture which is reviled and legally discriminated against!

Oh, and this.

Idiot.

Dusan 08-19-2006 12:54 AM

Didn't know. I'm not a proff.

Well you consider me idiot just because I have and also posted my opinion. Idiot is someone who do not has any opinion about nothing.

Please, your trys to have a sarcastic (or Dino posts, how do you call that) are disgusting[sp]! Do not be so childish!

You couldn't even talk about it then. I can barely understand what you're actually getting at, so learn some ****ing English if you want to spout some proper, grade A bullshit.

These are new highs of idiocy for you, Jeremy.

E'l Scrabino 08-19-2006 03:52 AM

I thought his name was Dusan?
@ Dusan (Jeremy?):
Whaddya mean, no intelligence? Does that mean straight people are dumb? Seriously, what you said meant that most of the worlds population are complete idiots! Think before you post shit like that next time.

Mutual Friend 08-19-2006 04:29 AM

No, Dusan is a screen name, Jeremy is his real name.

And he wasn't saying heterosexual people are stupid. I think he was saying that to be gay is a conscious decision, a synthetic thing, based on people's insecurities and whatnot. Where as heterosexuality is natural and normal and needs no conscious thought, i.e. "no intelligence".

That's how I deciphered his ramblings anyway.

Although if he had of said that most of the world's population are complete idiots, it'd hardly be inaccurate.

Dusan 08-19-2006 07:36 AM

My screen and real name is Dusan.

to MF:Thanks for explaing my post. I AM learning some ****ing english you ****ing Cockney! Do not knowing your language, doesn't make me an idiot.
Be honest, how many 16-year old guys who arent from uk\australia\usa, are here and also 'do not know' english like I do? NONE!!! That means that i'm briliant :p .

There you go splat.

Nate 08-19-2006 08:06 AM

I love how you take MF's translation as some sort of agreement, or approval.:p

But anyway, there goes my last iota of respect for Dusan. For a moment I was wondering whether he was confusing sexuality with lifestyle. By which I mean the difference between someone who is attracted to their same sex and someone who is attracted to their same sex and also likes wearing pink and talking with a lisp. Which could possibly be a conscious decision. Sometimes.

I haven't made up my own mind on that issue, to tell you the truth.

Jacob 08-19-2006 08:19 AM

I'm quite surprised by Yogi-Bear's (Mutual's) reaction considering his belief on why men bum men has also been proved as wrong. ...but that's what happens when you're hairy and smell of Cheeto's.

I think people have overreacted to Dusan's post, i just took it as ignorance more than anything, which isn't something to be hated...but something to be pitied.

"Which could possibly be a conscious decision. Sometimes."

Yeh, i think in the younger Gays it's considered "cool" and "FUNNEH", but as you get older you realise you sound like Shabaz. ...and subsequently want to use a sharp implement to open some veins.

...for those of you not from the UK, go to youtube and type 'Big Brother, Shabaz' and prepare to pray for him to become a suicide bomber.

HOLLA!

Why I shouldn't. Honestly I didn't understand all words, but I think I know the poent.
:

Idiot.

Is this your 'iota of respect'. You are so patetic.

Ok, If I said "hate dose gay bastards", I would gain more respect? But when I try to say what I think, (which, by now, didn't do anyone), and also didn't offend any person in a whole world, I got reactions like this? What sick people are you? Persons who are making posts without any ''personality'', who are just agreeing with other people's posts aren't ignorant?
New me:__________________________________

Jacob 08-19-2006 10:45 AM

We are Gay peoples, sir. And we want your children.

Okay, sorry. I should have realised that you wouldn't get that that post was tongue in cheek.

:

Ok, If I said "hate dose gay bastards", I would gain more respect?

Yes you would. I know plenty of people who have religious objections to homosexuality and I respect their beliefs far more* than someone like you. The reason being that they at least base their beliefs on something (however irrational and inconsistent that may be) whereas saying that gay people choose to be gay not only has no scientific/psychological/biological basis but is also deeply demeaning and offensive.

:

ps: Nate, I hate you.

Yay!!! I've been wanting an arch-nemesis for ages!:p

*I'm talking comparatively here. I still have no respect for that belief.

Alcar 08-20-2006 05:25 AM

Step out of the closet, Dusan.

Alcar...

salty pretzils 08-20-2006 07:46 AM

Dusan, you make me laugh. Even if you weren't trying to be macho with swears that you've scored out yourself, you'd still be laughable for trying to browbeat everyone else in a conversation that includes Jacob.
Really, what is your problem? Did gays do something to personally offend you apart from being 'unatural'? There are worse things going on, y'know.
Oh, and Dusan, for future reference? Sarcasm = not someone's real opinion. Thank you.

Dusan 08-20-2006 01:13 PM

:

Oh, and Dusan, for future reference? Sarcasm = not someone's real opinion.
I know definiton of sarcasm. I did that with jacob's post because he answered on my ''what sick people are you'' question with 'we are gay'' wich make me a 'gay hater', so I just wanted to correct that. By 'sick people' I meant people who do not do anything with ''kill gays'' posts and started a hijacking over my opinion, wich does NOT offend anyone. (note: dose ’sick people’ can be hetero\homo\bi\etc.)
:

Did gays do something to personally offend you apart from being 'unatural'?
From this sentance I see you also think I'm gay hater. Please quote me one line from MY post, where i was saying that. Comments on my post made you think that, am I right.
To make this clear: I do not hate gay\bi\etc people and I never did.

To mods: Maybe this is spamming, but I have to explain myself, and also defend from the whole forum.

OANST 08-20-2006 01:22 PM

You silly goose. Just tell them about our love tryst and be done with it. My rectum aches for you.

E'l Scrabino 08-20-2006 11:29 PM

Yeah, Dusan. Tell us!

Nate 08-21-2006 05:01 PM

I hesitate to respond to Dusan (and I'm trying to put this as clearly and unloadedly as possible), but I must point out that saying that homosexuality is a conscious decision is a very offensive thing to say.

Dusan 08-22-2006 11:23 AM

I didn't know what ''conscious'' means and I didn't looked in a dictionary. Now I am looking, and i'm confused (because I do not have english-serbian dictionary. Instead I have Oxford d. and there you can only find words wich are explained on english). Can someone explain me that word.

I didn't said 'concious decision''. Liam did.
Thank you nate for being precise for the first time.

Nate 08-22-2006 04:49 PM

Perhaps, but you confirmed his explanation of your statement.

In any case, a conscious decision means that you have thought about something and decided for yourself, rather than being born gay.

Dusan 08-23-2006 09:33 AM

I do not see how ''being gay is conscious decision'' can offend sombody, and also make me a gay hater and very unpopular person on this forum. Ah well..

My point was: it isn't in nature's interest to have gay couples (but I was wrong. I read wikipedia article that animals can also be gay).

:

Yeah, Dusan. Tell us!

shut up.

Wil 08-23-2006 09:42 AM

:

Mmm, sorry to seem petty when you've admitted your error, but nature doesn't have interests or intentions.

Dusan 08-23-2006 10:09 AM

I admited it because I read in wikipedia article wich was posted by nate, that animals can also be gay wich clearly shows that I was wrong (and I didn't admited that because everyone yelled at me).
:

nature doesn't have interests or intentions.

That was figurative speech.

I don't think anybody has actually called you a "hater". Or actively said, "I loathe you". Quite a few people have called you out, correctly, as an idiot.

Doncha just adore people who love playing the victim?

You're a classic attention seeker, Jeremy.

Jacob 08-23-2006 10:59 AM

"Doncha just adore people who love playing the victim?"

I don't think he's playing the victim. It's not as if it's something that's widely taught in schools, so i'm sure we can all forgive him of his ignorance.

...then again, he shouldn't be making comments about things he knows naught of.

Dusan 08-23-2006 12:10 PM

Damn, I should tought of that.
Attention seeker!? Why in a hell do I need atention on this forum? Maybe in a real life..... but no. I am just not that kind of person.
:

No, I meant he's saying we're all calling him a hater and we all hate him, when all anyone has done is call him an idiot.

I was talking about persons who didn't had an argue with me (aka jacob, pretzils). Your posts where just your need to folow me and call me idiot.

:

hmmm.... ignorance.... how you can be sure that someone is right\wrong? Peoples opinions had been changed alot during last milenium, when every person with new idea was burned or prissioned. My theory was based on facts wich happened to be incorect. I admited that I'm wrong, got the ''atention'' I need, so we can all continue with our creative, smart and exciting ''yes - no'' answers.

thank you.

Rich 08-23-2006 12:26 PM

My opinion on this topic hasn't changed, unless I said I didn't know any gays. I do now anyway and sexuality doesn't matter in friends.
