I want to file a bug report because I went through the entire “watch out for that bat” hint and then nothing happened. Clearly that is a bug because how could anyone possibly overlook that?

Perhaps it's the view distance of the creatures, but I found a lot of time when I try to get something's attention, it doesn't see me. For instance, The part in the Paramite Temple when you have to lore the Slig in order to possess him.

My tactic for beating the meat saws is literally to throw everything out the window you ever thought you knew about saw-related obstacles in Oddworld games and just go for the direct opposite tactic. Same with the uxb's. Whenever you think it is time to roll or click, go a bit too soon or a bit too late and you'll get through with no trouble.

Yeah but I had a harder time louring the Slig over in NnT than in AO.

I somehow managed to complete that puzzle without killing the sligs in the first place. I threw bottle caps to distract them and assumed that's how you're supposed to solve it now. I was surprised to see the Slig actually chased you after all.

Just out of curiosity, how many other people are having trouble accessing the leaderboards?

Had a crash in zulag 2 just restarted the chapter and its all good although its annoying too lose about 15min of play.

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but I'm assuming the achievement "No Place Like Home" is unlocked if you find all the secret areas in the games? Well, I've done so (I think) on Hard with 299 muds, but I haven't unlocked the trophy.
Is anyone else having this issue, or is there more to the trophy? |

I found a glitch where if you control a Slig, and order a slog to run into a mine while Abe is on screen, he'll fall over and return to a normal idle state.
You can then proceed to control both Abe and the Slig at the same time. I have a video of it, i'll upload it soon. |

So my game has a massive bug that I can't get past now!
I'm replaying the game again, and I'm stuck in Rupturefarms, when you get to the big cargo lift where the doors on either side close up, where the lift then takes you downwards into a loading screen, everytime Abe presses the button, my game crashes and shuts down, I am literally stuck on the first level of the game! Weirdly when I load up the game it says I've rescued 100% when in fact I have rescued 0 mudokons and actually have 3 casualties. |
Is this what's happening?

Ah ha, yes, that fixed it, I read about that but I thought that it was referring to the lift at the beginning of the game with the slig sleeping next to it.

I saw a bug on a livestream earlier. He wasn't able to pull the lever at the bottom to slow down the meatsaw. Abe just kept saying "I don't know!".

I've also encountered a bug in my last few plays where whenever I start a level or walk through a door to a new area, my game automatically pauses about 5 times continuously, quite irritating.
EDIT: And whenever the game quicksaves at a checkpoint / I quicksave. Basically a quicksave problem. Quite infuriating. |
I think they did say once that the Unity engine was being really difficult with the implementation of the QuikSave feature.

I don't know if it's been brought up in this thread but I've encountered a bug where Elum won't come off an elevator. Regardless of how much you walk forward or tell him to follow you. I had to go back to quick save and it was fine.

I experienced a bug where if Abe dies whilst trying to go up a cargo lift, the game goes back to the checkpoint but the screen goes black. It happens in Zulag 1.
