Sekto Springs 09-05-2009 09:37 AM

Are you kidding? She's adorable!
Well you are her brother, so I guess I cant really ask you if she's hot.

Hobo 09-05-2009 09:42 AM

More flattering picture of your sister plz.

Sekto Springs 09-05-2009 09:49 AM

Yeah really, Dix. Should have known you'd pick the least flattering one you could find.

OANST 09-05-2009 09:51 AM

Meh, that's rapeable.

Sekto Springs 09-05-2009 10:07 AM

Mat likes a little more cushion for the pushin' methinks.

OANST 09-05-2009 10:11 AM

Ummm, no? I like being the cushion in a relationship.

Sekto Springs 09-05-2009 10:13 AM

You can be my cushion any day, Mat.

Saw Cats Don't Dance again. Been years since I've seen it. They don't make animated movies like that anymore.

MeechMunchie 09-06-2009 07:31 AM

I just saw District 9. It's nice to see that there are still science fiction movies with a point to make.

Dixanadu 09-06-2009 01:15 PM

I was still rooting for teh aliens. Goes to show that humanity deserves to be wiped from the cosmos.

And my goal was to get the least flattering picture xD

Alcar 09-06-2009 05:42 PM

SHE'S SO IRISH.

Alcar...

Leto 09-07-2009 02:50 AM

I'm going to print out that picture and jizz all over it, jizz on it so much the freshly printed ink will blot all kinds of psychedelic colours.

moxco 09-07-2009 03:19 AM

Don't forget to scan and upload! While it's still wet!

Dixanadu 09-07-2009 11:03 AM

I have shown her these posts out of pure amusement. She said, "Why does that Sekto Springs guy have an eyepatch? Is he a pirate?"

Sekto Springs 09-07-2009 12:46 PM

Yes, I am...

moxco 09-07-2009 02:02 PM

I thought the pirate code prohibited weed.

Mac Sirloin 09-07-2009 03:02 PM

Just watched The Iron Giant again. Damn good movie.

Strike Witch 09-07-2009 03:04 PM

I just downloaded and watch Bionicle: The Legend Reborn with my two four-and-five year old cousins.

It was surprisingly bearable. Michael Dorn as Mata Nui was especially impressive.

Dixanadu 09-07-2009 04:55 PM

You look like someone I know. O_o

Sekto Springs 09-07-2009 05:09 PM

I actually don't smoke. I just have a general tired look. Since Dix posted such an unflattering picture, I thought I'd reciprocate.

that was one of the first animated films of its day that made me genuinely laugh.

the ending is great as well when he remembers what he was made for and turns on them.

Someone missed the mother touching point. Someone needs to rewatch The Iron Giant, cry like a five year old girl (as anyone with a beating heart should do), come back, and amend that mother touching statement.

It fucking is. One of the first films we took my nephew to the cinema to see, and one of the first films that we watched with him that we wanted to buy not just for him, but ourselves too. Trouble is, when we got the tape, he never watched it, as he was too busy playing with his Iron Giant miniature that came with it when we were watching it.

Wings of Fire 09-08-2009 02:31 PM

Erm...how old is your nephew again? That film came out when I was young.

OddjobAbe 09-08-2009 02:34 PM

This is my elder nephew. I'm not sure that I've mentioned him, though I think I once did. This one's fifteen, the one who's usually the point of my conversations is seven.

Sekto Springs 09-08-2009 04:18 PM

Iron Giant, that takes me back. As a rule, most movies by Brad Bird are automatically good.

You mean this?
Bungee Time

I picked it up at the St. Vincent De Paul. It's simple but still a neat little bugger.
I keep it separate from my other figures because I'm worried I'll lose him.

On an unrelated note, I also just watched Speed Racer. I love that movie, ESPECIALLY because of the Gorgeous visuals.

Anonyman! 09-10-2009 03:58 AM

I had one of those...

;_;

Precisely that. He bloody loved it. He think that we threw it out when he said he didn't want it anymore (around when he was 13 - he, for some reason, decided that cartoon films were not for him at such an age), but we kept it.

Mac Sirloin 09-10-2009 10:25 AM

This is the second one I've owned. I burned the other one with a lighter YEARS ago because I was that kid who burnt all his toys.

Sekto Springs 09-10-2009 03:59 PM

You probably should have shown your brother Fritz The Cat or Watership Down. That would have shut him up.
