They probably had the site scripted to update the message box when someone input the code. The Twitter account has been updated several times over the past couple of weeks, so we don’t know if their posting now was intentional or coincidence.

Where do we find them?

Manco's find makes me think we'll be getting more codes through script comments.

Nothing. Combining the two (851212151029) gave me generic responses too, however:
