Ladies and gentlemen, nominations are now over. Voting will begin at the weekend since I'm still waiting for one or more nominees to answer PMs I've sent them. If that means you, PM me before Sunday or you won't be included in the elections.
In answer to questions I've been asked, nominees will be allowed to vote but not for themselves. Nominees are welcome to put 'propaganda' in their signatures.
