Well then I am not a sage.
I just upgraded my phone into a smartphone, mainly because I need to use its GPS feature.
Where's the "I don't own a Smartphone" option?
I don't use my phone enough to make a smartphone viable. |

Smartphones seem cool but I can't see myelf spending that much money any time soon just for a mobile phone with lots of features I won't use. I have heard a lot of good things about Android though .
I like Samsung's smartphones, as they have that Swype-Keyboard, it would be nice for me, as I write lots of SMS'es.
I'll have to see if that Swype feature actually works before I put any faith in it. If you ask me it will just make writing text messages a lot more annoying.
I'm pretty sure you can download Swype for any Android phone. You don't need to get a Samsung.
I quite like the default HTC keyboard, so I haven't bothered experimenting with Swype. |
I played with it on Galaxy Tab, and it works quite well.
I'm not planning to get a Smartphone or any similarly advanced gadgets in the near future. Considering that the most I need from a phone is the alarm feature, the ability to call and text people, and the occasional puzzle game, my current 4-year-old phone is perfect for the job.
For me, mobile GPS is when I take a picture of the route planner screen with my phone. Works well enough. |
Where is the option I'd like to have an iPhone 4?
Hmmm - "I'm going to get an iPhone"
My iPhone has been lost to the depths of Sydney's sewers :(
I'm using a crappy Nokia 1100 until my new iPhone 4 arrives. I must say, it has become apparent that I rely on my iPhone a great deal. Alcar... |

I just got a Nokia E70, which the internet knows as the Maddox Phone.
Prior to this, I had several Nokia 6820s, which the internet knows as the phones that look like Maddox Phones but aren't smartphones. I prefer my old one because the Symbian OS is rather laggy, and the wifi etc on it is a bit shit. Oh wells. |
