Next transgression will have you fed to the Alcar, he is a homosexual of beastly proportions.
Or so I hear

I assume that this is a bad thing?

Word of caution. Don't double post. Not trying to get wanna-be mod on you, but people get real butthurt over that.

Oops. Sorry. As said before, I'm a complete newb. If I'm annoying, it's by no means intentional.

Well, most of the time it isn't.

Welcome, dear member. Most new folk here tend to write in what appears to be a foreign language, so it's nice to see someone with brains.

I like you. A lot.

Wil 12-12-2008 12:43 PM

Careful, he’s married.

Leto 12-12-2008 12:56 PM

Chocolate Hunter! You should blend right in here. I mean the moderator team is hunting for chocolate 90% of the time anyway. Except Havoc. he's hunting for tigers.

Sweet tiger chocolate.

You fucking b/tard piece of shit. What sort of illiterate imbecile talks like that? I mean, seriously.

Sorry, I just noticed that you were lamenting the loss of the trolls and figured I should remind you I still exist. I no longer troll but I still have the capacity, damn it.

Aww. He said sorry. That makes me special. (It's not necessarily you, but D.I. is absent, and I'm sad that I missed all the controversial threads of the past.)

I don't care, but it is a punishable offense. In fact, you should be thanking me. :p

Also, this place isn't just littered with homos, it's run by them.

Who isn't hunting for chocolate? After all, chocolate brings the only real happiness that we ever experience in our insignificant lives. The rest is simply an illusion; an imitation of happiness created by a malevolent demon.

Chocolate is truth. Embrace it.

Er ... thank you? :fuzconf:

EDIT: Dammit. Maybe I should quit while I'm ahead.

See? That.

Then maybe I'll skip the initiation ceremony, if you guys don't mind.

Won't happen again, sir :fuzemb:. Unfortunately I'm not exactly brimming with what you may call 'common sense'. Ask me about semantics, and I'll tell you something interesting; ask me about how to arrange an appointment with a dentist and my head spontaneously combusts. Guess that's life.

Jesus. I know.

I recommend the initiation ceremony personally. Of course, I would, wouldn't I?

Perhaps, if you enjoy that sort of thing. I have no experience of being ingested by another human, never mind a homosexual, although I guess you can't say you don't like it if you haven't tried it: maybe I should give it a bash.

Strike Witch 12-12-2008 02:25 PM

So can we swap Odd prodigy for another one of this person?

OANST 12-12-2008 02:29 PM

I have to wonder how much more conversation we can possibly get out of the whole "all mods are gay" discussion. I mean, it was a funny observation the first couple of times (I guess), but you'd have to think that at some point they are just going to be tired of it. "Yeah, I'm gay. Fuck". Something like that.

How do you propose we establish a more semantic web? What insights can you share about a making a markup both semantic and lightweight?

I understand. My own mind has been simplifying itself lately. I never used to be this forgetful, absent minded or ditzy, but I missed a lecture and a lab practical yesterday because I forgot they existed. I missed a second lecture because I haven’t been to it in the last five weeks and didn’t know where it was held. It was a waste of a day.

I’m going to allow this. *admin powers*

Absolutely. It was funny back in 2002, but then things just kept getting gayer and gayer and funnier and funnier. After we near as damnit abandoned tact when swooning over Mitsur’s latest pictures, the last archaic humorous rumblings of it had just about faded when Pilot showed up and douched subtlety in the jugular with his mighty Wang of Wit.

After that, everything just seemed rather predictable.

It’s nothing to do with Pilot himself, I’m sure.

"Raging Homo" never made much sense to me. The picture that my mind's eye conjures is much more frightening than what the phrase supposed to mean. 'Rampant Homosexual' sounds a little more accurate to the definiton.

I do admit, I have been babbling a bit recently. I need to start leaving my house more.

Due to the ever-changing nature of semantics and linguistics, I'm afraid that on the web the grammar and vocabulary is more descriptive than prescriptive, which unfortunately often leads to a change in the norm of grammar and semantics. Internet 'grammar' will eventually seep into the outside world like mud though a sock. Soon, the human race as a whole may say 'roflmao' as a substitute for the usual response for humour, laughter. We are, to use the technical term, 'totally screwed'.

After careful consideration, and having just spent a few minutes on IMDB, I have come to the conclusion that you're probably right.

That, and my best friend already says 'lol' instead of laughing.

I have heard tell that there is a variety of our kind that wanders around in the outdoors, seeking to confront one another with their brutal ‘conversation’ and disgusting-sounding ‘interaction’, as they dance in the rain and howl at the sun. Outdoors sounds dangerous. I say stay at home.

Oh shit, please tell me you're kidding. People don't actually do that, do they? It''d be like living in a world full of robots. No real display of a motion, they just say things to let you know what they're feeling instead of responding properly.

You think I'm kidding? It's even worse than that. If she sees something particularly funny, she upgrades 'lol' to 'lolinator'. And yes, I'm completely serious.

But that's the only thing that she does that annoys me. Apart from that, she's surprisingly funny and intelligent :p.

OddjobAbe 12-13-2008 02:13 AM

Deary me, the world's going down when even intelligent people come out with leet in their talk. And seeing as though most people are brain-dead imagine the kind of stuff that the idiots come out with!

I'm not doubting that your friend is funny and intelligent, I'm sure she is, but not a single person on this earth is as funny and intelligent as David Mitchell.
That's right, I managed to drag a comedian into this somehow. Even I'm having trouble deciding why I did. I think I'll blame it on 'Would I Lie to You?'.

Yeah, I'm not going to disagree with you there.

It is kind of sad that people are now using internet language in everyday life. I've even heard some fourteen-year-old girls in my old school saying 'tbh', and it wasn't even in the right context! They said things like, 'Miss, are we going back to the hotel soon, tbh?'

I mean, come on, people. If you're going to use your internet slang, at least try to use them in a way that makes sense. Otherwise it's just doubly annoying. Ok, rant over.

Killy 12-13-2008 03:48 AM

Just popping in to welcome you, seems like you can write in proper English, so you'll fit in just fine!

I do that -_- it's a kind of sarcasm thing, which is odd as I never ever use lol on the internet.
