Blisterz is a hunter of creatures 'bout to go bye-bye. I don't believe Booty would know that Stranger's a Steef. Stranger just pissed off Booty, led him to his trap, and captured him. Plus, Stranger will do anything to get money fer his operation. Doesn't matter if it's 20$-400$.

True, I believe you guys to Blisterz bein' the higher outlaw to all the others, them talkin' 'bout his tragic capture by Stranger.

Blisterz is the outlaw captured in the opening FMV. Thus he is the only one definately captured and not possibly killed.

If they were to reference Jo' Momma (to choose an outlaw at random) that would lead to a continuity error if an outlaw said "I can't beleive it, Jo' Momma captured by a steef" when the player actually decided to kill her outright.

Thus, to sum up, Blisterz is a safe option and thus is referenced repeatedly.

However, you can technically kill Blisterz Booty right at the beginning of the game when you have him wrapped up.

The cinematic of his being put in jail still shows though. :p
